About the Role
As our Creative Director, you’ll lead the vision, voice, and visual identity of the Foundation Insurance brand. You’ll shape how our story is told across every touchpoint, from social media and marketing campaigns to internal initiatives and client-facing materials. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, bringing ideas to life while ensuring consistency, clarity, and creativity across all platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative direction for Foundation Insurance across all platforms
- Develop and maintain brand consistency in visuals, voice, and messagingPlan and oversee content creation for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to bring ideas to life and support business goals
- Manage creative projects from concept to completion
- Ensure all content aligns with our mission, values, and tone
