Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Producer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients, promote our insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm and negotiation skills will help drive sales growth across various insurance lines, including retail and insurance sales, while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach
• Present insurance options tailored to client needs, clearly explaining coverage details and benefits
• Negotiate policy terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs
• Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and CRM updates efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive information

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills for tracking performance metrics
• Experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent communication skills, both bilingual (if applicable) and in English, to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
