Foundation Home Loans is seeking an experienced mortgage loan processor who can step in and make an immediate impact.
We are looking for a true “plug-and-play” processor with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage files from contract to close.
This is primarily an in-office position to maintain strong team collaboration and communication, but we also offer flexibility in scheduling for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years mortgage processing experience
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Experience reviewing income, assets, and credit documentation
- Excellent communication with borrowers, Realtors, loan officers, and title companies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy
- Team-first mindset with a positive attitude
