Registered Nurse (RN) – Comprehensive Home Care
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Comprehensive Home Care team. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and create individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing services such as medication setup, wound care, and chronic care management
- Supervise and support home health aides
- Educate clients and families on health and medication safety
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota RN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Reliable transportation and current CPR certification
