Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our highly experienced team at the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Wound & Ostomy Clinic.
The Opportunity
Join our dedicated team at the outpatient Wound and Ostomy Clinic at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, where you'll play a key role in providing individualized, evidence-based care. This position offers the opportunity to manage acute and chronic wounds and provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative ostomy care. You'll be supported by experienced physicians and certified wound care nurses who are highly invested in their work and our patients.

- Compensation Pay starts at $82.76/hr and increases with experience.
- Schedule M-F outpatient clinic. Flexible per diem scheduling. No call, no nights, no weekends.
- Patient Panel Outpatient setting focusing on acute and chronic wound management, ostomy care, and patient education.
- Team Work alongside a collaborative and highly experienced team, including a robust PRN provider staff with 70 years of combined experience. Our medical director provides strong leadership and support, contributing to a professional and positive work environment.
