Overview
The Exercise Physiologist at Porter Heart and Vascular Clinic supports patients on their cardiovascular health journey by delivering individualized exercise guidance in a clinical setting. This role focuses on improving patient outcomes through education, monitoring, and tailored exercise interventions as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
This position provides assessment, treatment, and education to cardiac patients and their families during rehabilitation. This position writes exercise prescriptions to progress patients through rehabilitation.
Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $23.53 to $36.76 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Additional Pay: Shift Differential, Annual Increases, Paid Time Off

Responsibilities
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise/physiology or related field.
- Requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Must have strong interpersonal communications and human relation skills.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- BLS certification is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
