Company Description Foundation Hand & Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic in Richmond, KY. The clinic provides comprehensive services including treatment for general orthopedic conditions, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and sports-specific rehab. In addition, the team offers custom splinting and certified hand therapy to support individuals with upper extremity needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Richmond, KY. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to address orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and hand therapy needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in outpatient physical therapy, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
