Position Summary:
The Foundation for Catholic Education seeks a full-time Robotics Program Coordinator to play a role in supporting our Robotics program delivery. This position will provide critical support to our growing Robotics and STREAM initiatives in Catholic elementary schools across the region. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000.00 (depending on level of prior experience) Paid Time Off and Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Robotics Program Support
- Work closely with the Robotics lead to support the planning, logistics, and implementation of robotics programs across elementary schools.
- Maintain program data and assist with scheduling, registration tracking, and communication with schools.
- Assist in inventory tracking, materials distribution, and coordination of robotics events, competitions, and trainings.
- Support volunteer management and event logistics as needed.
- Collect and report on program impact metrics in collaboration with the Robotics lead.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in STEM education and experience working with school-based programs a plus.
- Knowledge of coding preferrable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with flexibility and initiative.
- Mission-aligned with a passion for Catholic education and student enrichment.
Location & Schedule:
- Based at the Foundation's headquarters in West Chester, PA with flexibility for event support.
- Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required during program events.
