- Act as the main point of contact for vendor partners
- Track vendor performance, invoices, and staffing levels
- Audit processes and suggest improvements to make work more efficient
- Assist with customer accounts—taking payments, resolving issues, and supporting delinquency calls
- Collaborate with managers and team members to improve workflows and policies
- Step in to support other departments with customer service, paperwork, or after-hours coverage when needed

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in finance, vendor management, or a related field
- Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional phone presence
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
