We’re looking for a Vendor Services Liaison to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the link between our company and external vendors—helping monitor performance, improve processes, and support our Account Servicing operations. If you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect fit.
Pay Range: USD $24.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr. Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendor partners
  • Track vendor performance, invoices, and staffing levels
  • Audit processes and suggest improvements to make work more efficient
  • Assist with customer accounts—taking payments, resolving issues, and supporting delinquency calls
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to improve workflows and policies
  • Step in to support other departments with customer service, paperwork, or after-hours coverage when needed

In this role, you’ll gain exposure to vendor management, quality control, and process improvement while contributing directly to the success of our Account Servicing operations. You’ll be part of a supportive team where your ideas matter, and you’ll have opportunities to grow your career in operations, vendor relations, or leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in finance, vendor management, or a related field
  • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional phone presence
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
