The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with marketing campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and helping to develop lead generation and dealer activation programs to drive business goals. This role facilitates project management, the creation of marketing materials, and building and engaging the company’s dealer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop marketing campaigns for company strategy and priorities - brand awareness, lead generation, dealer engagement, partner relationships, etc.
- Assist in planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate marketing channels (email, direct mail, social media, text messages, etc.)
- Manage the email marketing platform - including building/sending/reporting on emails and managing email segmentation lists.
- Organize marketing efforts for events, as well as partnership relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist with initiatives/efforts across other departments.
- Utilize data and testing to recommend changes that will shape future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Post, manage, and assist in monitoring social media sites, utilize collaboration to develop and maintain a strong social strategy.
- Regularly review existing collateral for accuracy and brand consistency.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field; or minimum of 1 year related experience in marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience with email marketing platforms, such as Account Engagement (Pardot) Hubspot, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).
