Role Description
This is a full-time on-site /hybrid role for an Escrow Officer located in San Diego and Temecula. The Escrow Officer will oversee and manage escrow transactions, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing escrow files, managing closing processes, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also demands delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional relationship with clients, real estate agents, and loan officers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Closings and Escrow processes
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Active Notary Public certification is preferred
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in escrow services or real estate transactions is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
