We are looking for a hands-on foreman in the Anchorage area to be responsible for the installation of the company's waterproofing and foundation repair products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Some travel is required; candidates must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate and manage construction and installation tasks, including setup, equipment handling, and routine maintenance.
- Install, repair, and maintain basement and crawl space waterproofing systems and foundation repair products, utilizing hand tools, ladders, and heavy equipment as required.
- Load, unload, and transport materials with commercial trucks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; respond to on-call requests and adhere to safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
