About Our Office
We are a busy, faith-based, mission-driven chiropractic office centered on education, natural health principles, and neurologically based chiropractic care. Our practice serves families and children, and our culture is positive, service-oriented, goal-focused, and rooted in loving people through their health journeys.
This is NOT a typical receptionist job. We are looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, organized, and passionate about people.
Your Role as a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant
As a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you are the heartbeat of the office. Your day begins with the buzz of a fast-paced practice where you:
- Greet patients warmly and enthusiastically
- Manage patient check-ins and maintain smooth office flow
- Answer incoming calls and help set clear expectations for care
- Build strong relationships with patients through encouragement, positivity, and clear communication
- Promote consistency in care and the mission of the practice
- Help create an environment that patients love and trust
You are the biggest promoter of our office, our values, and the importance of staying consistent with chiropractic care.
Training & Growth
- No prior chiropractic experience required (all training provided)
- You will develop skills in:
- Patient communication and processing
- Office management
- Marketing and community outreach
- Public speaking and patient education
- This position is designed to help you grow personally and professionally
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in marketing efforts, community events, and outreach
- Represent the office positively in and outside the practice
- Learn and memorize office verbiage
- Speak confidently in front of groups and educate others
- Attend team training (travel required)
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable with computers and technology
- Is flexible with scheduling (this is not a 9–5 job)
- Is willing to work:
- Some evenings (required)
- Up to 2 weekend shifts per month (with notice)
- Is willing to travel 2 times per year for team trainings (flight or long drive)

Hours & Compensation
- 35–40 hours per week (may vary seasonally)
- Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
- Bonus/commission structure available
