Position Overview
A Quoting Coordinator is responsible for quotes and creates a potential opportunity in CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Prepare quotes, contracts and responses for current and potential customers.
- Fax or mail submittals, material specs and pricing to the customer.
- Ensure quotes are completed in a timely manner and are accurate to meet the customer requirements.
- Help build a strong and evolving relationship between key accounts based on identifying customer needs and communicating throughout the branch
- Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale.
- Maintain and grow market share with new and existing customers and products.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key influencers of assigned contractors and/or strategic partners.
- Stays current and communicates on market conditions, industry trends, new product information, and company activities.
- Participates in job tracking and follow-up as requested.
- Assist with administrative work as needed.
- Make phone calls to all current house accounts to help improve relationships.
- Follow up on sales in the office including some inside sales activity.
- Under defined guidelines quote jobs for customers.
- Comply with all Company requirements for accurate administrative reporting.
- Establishes, maintains and communicates sales issues with direct manager.
- Maintain proper project details, documentation, and orders for specific large projects.
- Support Our Foundation in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers.

Other Responsibilities
- Ensure proper information is provided to other departments that would be involved with each sale in a timely, and accurate manner.
- Must attend all required meetings in relation to sales any company required training programs.
- Assist pricing of product.
- Knowledgeable in basic construction systems, products and installation
- Communicate clear and effectively both verbally and written to internal and external customers

Education/Experience / Licenses and Certifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent in work experience and/or training.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Product
- Prefer knowledge in basic construction systems, products and installation
