Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Boom Operator role located in Reno, NV. The Boom Operator is responsible for safely operating specialized equipment to load, transport, and unload building materials at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include driving and maneuvering delivery trucks, operating boom equipment to offload materials, maintaining vehicle and equipment safety, and providing excellent customer service during delivery interactions. The role also involves adhering to safety regulations and company standards while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating boom equipment and knowledge of delivery truck maneuvers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record
- Understanding of safety regulations and ability to regularly inspect and maintain equipment
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting building materials and working in outdoor environments
- Previous experience in construction material delivery or related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
