Concrete Foundation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Foundation Operations Manager to lead our foundation division and continue building a culture of accountability, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading foundation operations from project handoff through completion. This position oversees field crews, manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, customer communication, and operational profitability while developing future leaders within the organization.

The successful candidate is a decisive leader who enjoys building teams, loves concrete, solving problems, improving systems, and delivering profitable projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of concrete construction experience.
• Proven experience supervising multiple crews and projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial foundations.
• Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, and labor budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
