Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional development.
- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, comfort, and engagement during daily routines.
- Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention strategies to assist individual development goals.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and classroom experiences to foster strong home-school connections.
- Apply behavior management strategies to guide children’s behavior positively and constructively.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
