Executive Assistant (Right Hand)
We are seeking a highly adaptable, proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving founder and leadership team operating across multiple high-growth consumer and wellness businesses.
This is not a traditional “calendar management only” EA role. We are looking for someone who thrives in chaos, operates with urgency, and can become an extension of the leadership team. The right person will help keep operations organized, priorities aligned, and communication flowing across multiple companies and initiatives.
You should be comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly, hours can be unconventional, and no two days look the same.
Responsibilities
● Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and founder priorities
● Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and logistics across multiple businesses
● Serve as a communication bridge between founders, partners, vendors, and internal teams
● Track action items, deadlines, and ongoing strategic initiatives
● Help maintain organizational structure across multiple brands and projects
● Assist with operational tasks, research, and special projects
● Prepare documents, presentations, notes, and internal communications
● Help drive accountability and follow-through across leadership initiatives
● Support recruiting coordination, vendor management, and external relationship management as needed
● Anticipate founder needs before being asked

Ideal Background
● Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff experience supporting founders or executives
● Startup, venture-backed, agency, or high-growth company experience preferred
● Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
● Comfortable working with high-performance leadership teams
● Experience supporting remote and distributed teams is a plus
