About Found
Companies run on complex, invisible context— institutional knowledge that standard internal systems miss. Without this context, enterprise AI becomes an expensive generator of generic responses that fail to scale. Found captures your unique business context (your data, decisions, and frameworks) and builds it into a compounding Context Graph, resulting in more accurate, secure, and cost-efficient intelligence. From this foundation, our Solutions Team deploys autonomous AI systems into key business functions to capture slipped value. Our success aligns with yours as we focus on outcomes generated, not seats or tokens. We're venture-backed, working with early design partners, and selling into the office of the CFO and CIO.
Why this role exists
Today our pipeline comes from founder networks and outbound. That earned us our first design partners; it won’t earn us the next thirty. This is the first dedicated marketing seat. You build the demand engine that fills the pipeline our sales motion runs on, so growth stops depending on who the founders already know. You’ll be hands-on across every channel and a real thinking partner to the GTM Lead and CEO on where the next customers come from.
What You’ll Deliver
First 90 days
Equal opportunity
Found AI is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on evidence of the work and the values above, not pedigree. If you read the must-haves and you’re close but not a perfect match, apply anyway and tell us why you’d be good at this. The calibration above means we’d rather assess than screen you out. We’ll provide reasonable accommodation in the hiring process on request.

What You’ll Deliver
First 90 days
- Stand up the core demand channels (events, conferences, organic, email) and get the first qualified leads flowing to sales.
- Ship the messaging and landing pages that turn “office of the CIO” into a copy a buyer recognizes themselves in.
- Instrument the funnel so we can see what a lead costs and where it converts.
- Build and co-own a qualified-pipeline target with the GTM Lead, with a clear path to owning the number outright as the demand engine matures.
- Build a content and acquisition engine that produces leads without a founder in the loop.
- Find the two or three channels that actually work for an audit-led enterprise sale and double down on them.
- The full demand stack: executive events, paid acquisition, organic and SEO, content, email and lifecycle.
- Expand distribution channel partner relationships, including technical and consulting partnerships in partnership with the sales organization
- Establish, organize, and lead hosted executive events.
- Qualified lead flow: the volume and quality of leads the sales team works, measured against a shared pipeline target.
- The story a buyer reads first: positioning, website, and campaign messaging.
- The funnel data that tells us cost per lead, conversion, and what to cut.
- The experiment loop: testing channels fast and killing what doesn’t pay.
- The feedback path from campaigns back into product and positioning.
- 7 years exp of experience running B2B demand generation and/or growth marketing, end-to-end, and can point to the pipeline you created, not just the campaigns you ran.
- You execute across channels yourself (events, content, email, and web) without waiting for a team to hand off to.
- You have developed or overhauled a growth marketing playbook before
- You’re fluent with the data: you set up the tracking, read the funnel, and change course on what it tells you.
- Experience with growth marketing in a tech environment
- You know enough about enterprise AI or data infrastructure to write about it credibly.
- You’ve marketed a technical or complex product to executive mid-market and enterprise buyers, and you frame value in dollars and ROI, not impressions.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
- You’ve been an early or first marketing hire at a startup.
- You’ve got experience marketing AI technology.
- You’ve marketed to finance, operations, or data teams.
