Job Title: Server (Part Time) Main Dining Room
Hours: Monday – Saturdays 3:30pm - 7:15pm and Sundays 11:00am – 2:00pm , in our Main Dining Room. Minimum of 3 shifts per week , 1 weekend shift and every other holiday is required.
Pay: $15.85 per hour
Department: Dining Services, Main Dining Room
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide a pleasant and professional dining experience for residents and guests
- Serve meals according to established service standards and event guidelines
- Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with team members and foster positive resident relationships
- Adhere to appearance, performance, and conduct standards
- Support scheduled dining activities and report issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow fire safety procedures and assist in emergency evacuations
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and Foulkeways’ corporate compliance policies
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of some high school preferred.
Applicants under 18 years of age, must have valid working papers (employment certificate), or will be required to obtain them prior to your start date.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus!
