Primary Function
Asset Management Senior Analyst works with Directors, Associates, and senior management on all aspects of leasing, modeling and financing processes for commercial projects. Asset Management responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing leases, preparing quarterly investor and asset management reports, market research, due diligence, deal and debt structuring, assisting with equity and loan closings, synthesizing data as needed from property management and Broker reports and assisting in the overall execution of the asset business plan. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with all levels of team members, Brokers and Investors.

- Perform underwriting (financial models) and evaluation of deals including detailed market research.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda for both internal and external use.
- Leverage a range of data sources to identify market drivers and enhance existing models.
- Assist in the review/negotiation of purchase contracts, loan docs, operating agreements.
- Assist in LOI/lease review/negotiation.
- Assist with tenant improvement/construction projects.
- Participate in weekly leasing and property management calls/meetings.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly investor and asset management reports.
- Assist in overall execution of asset business plan.
Education, Training and/or Experience
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree
- 2-years’ experience with solid understanding of commercial real estate concepts
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ARGUS software preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
