This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in Laguna Beach, CA. The Project Architect will oversee the architectural design and project delivery process, including managing design concepts, developing construction documentation, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include leading and collaborating with teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and local regulations. The role requires hands-on engagement with building concepts, project planning, and execution.
- Extensive expertise in Architecture and experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
- Proficiency in managing Submittals and coordinating regulatory reviews.
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead teams and manage timelines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and client collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
- Licensed Architect is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
