FotoFly is a family and children’s photography company. Each holiday season we put on FotoFly Santa. It is a one-of-a-kind tradition where the parents dress up as Santa and get amazing 'Santa' photos (www.fotoflysanta.com). Typically, our schedule books solid weeks in advance because it is seriously the coolest thing ever.
Our team is EXTRAORDINARY. Along with hard workers, we need people who are funny, dependable, goofy, flexible (the schedule type of flexible, not necessarily the body type of flexible), empathetic, and awesome. We know you will enjoy being a part of our family! Positions available in Orem, Draper, Salt Lake City, and Kaysville!
Position Description
The position of Santa Host (or Santa Helper) is one of the most important roles during FotoFly Santa and entails a few responsibilities. For starters, Hosts are always busy which makes the time fly by. They do everything:
- Checking-in and directing our awesome customers through the Santa experience
- Helping dress them up (over the top of their normal clothes - don’t be weird) in the Santa suits for the photos.
- SANITIZE and clean
- Checking out the customers and accepting payment.
It is fast-paced and fabulous. We want to truly feel like best friends by the time customers leave. You will get to know many of our repeat customers whom we all love and have become very close with over the years. You are the first and last impression in the customers' minds.
We are looking for part-time, seasonal employees but there may be potential for full-time. Your schedule may vary. This position will run from early November to December 24th.
Requirements
To rock this position you MUST:
- Be enthusiastic and fun
- Be a multitasking rockstar
- Love kids (obvious reasons)
- Have killer communication skills
- Enjoy talking to strangers (aka NOT SHY)
- Be proficient in basic Apple computer functionality
- Be proactive and a fast learner
- Be a problem solver who is proactive
- KIND and fun to be around
- Have attention to detail
- Able to handle a stressful and fast past environment well
Above all, you need to be able to host a front of house party that will knock people’s socks off!
