Job Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator / Administrator to support our client, Harvest Hill, with a short-term assignment. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative and coordination tasks, with a strong focus on supporting processes within ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to adapt quickly, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Payroll Updates & Review: Support payroll by making necessary employee changes (e.g., rate changes, status updates, deductions). Benefits & Open Enrollment Support: Manage Open Enrollment tasks within ADP, including updates, data accuracy, and employee support.Leave Administration: Track employee leaves of absence, maintain documentation, and support compliance with company policies.Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordination: Serve as system administrator within ADP Recruiting. Generate offer letters and ensure appropriate candidate dispositioning.
