Fostered Collection is a fast-growing DTC kids fashion brand based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We design bold, playful clothing for boys and girls sizes 1Y–14Y and ship directly to families across the country and internationally. We're building our team and looking for someone who takes ownership, shows up with urgency, and wants to grow with us.
The Role
We're looking for a Facility Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Tulsa warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll be the primary point of accountability on the floor, responsible for the team, the facility, and making sure every order that leaves our warehouse is right.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's done warehouse or operations work before and is ready to step into a management role with real responsibility.
What You'll Own
- Open and close the facility daily and ensure the building is secure at all times
- Supervise and manage the fulfillment team, assign work, hold standards, and develop people
- Oversee daily order fulfillment and ensure all orders are packed, scanned, and shipped on time
- Receive incoming inventory shipments, verify quantities, and get product labeled and shelved accurately
- Conduct quality checks on incoming inventory and outgoing orders
- Manage inventory counts and track stock levels across both warehouse locations in Shopify
- Review and verify employee timecards for payroll accuracy
- Track sell-through trends and flag reorder needs before styles run out
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
- Report daily to operations leadership on fulfillment, inventory, and team performance
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or operations experience required
- Experience supervising or managing a team preferred
- Detail-oriented and accountable, you catch mistakes before they become problems
- Strong communicator who can give direction clearly and follow up consistently
- Comfortable with technology, Shopify, Google Drive, barcode scanners, label printers
- Reliable, punctual, and takes the job seriously
- Tulsa, Oklahoma based and able to work on-site full-time
