Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to promote a healthy environment.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently for large-scale cleaning projects.
- Support porter duties by moving furniture or equipment as needed and ensuring pathways are clear.
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within commercial or industrial environments.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures such as minor repairs or painting is a plus.
