Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee projects across Northwest Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring homeowner satisfaction, and delivering value through efficient, effective communication between homeowners and the Foster Roofing team. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate complete roof replacements. The Project Manager will utilize email, phone/text, and AccuLynx roofing software to maintain clear communication and documentation through the entire lifecycle of the re-roof process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the scheduling of materials and contractors using appropriate project management tools (AccuLynx, Cell phone, Computer).
- Communicate with homeowners to schedule roof replacement times and dates.
- Communicate between homeowners and the Foster Roofing team to maintain tight schedules and quick turnarounds.
- Verify projects are on schedule, upload photos, and communicate progress to homeowners and Foster Roofing staff in an efficient and timely manner.
