Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.35 per hour

Shift Hours: 9:30AM - 6PM OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Responsible for evaluating and documenting process results for Yield In the evisceration and packaging departments
• Responsible for communicating results to appropriate personnel when yield standards are not met.
• Responsible for participation in weekly yield meetings and Correlating with production group on downgrade product In comparison to USDA Grading standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolong period of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Prefer bi-lingual
• Good overall work, safety, and attendance record
• Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others.
• Good mathematical skills
