Pay rate: $24.70 Per Hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Job Description

Essential Job Functions
- Performs routine chick hatchery equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for parts inventory control.
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Train and lead lower-level C and Training Mechanics as needed.
- Must have minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision while planning and directing preventative maintenance activities.
- Must be able to maintain a parts inventory and organization.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance.
- Must have good communication skills, with ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work various shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have good time management skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
