Job Description
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Job Description

Essential Job Functions
- Feed front half of bird into breast processor. Remove downgrade front halves and place into bucket. Take bucket to front half hopper.
- Lift breast halves and place on cone.
- Score front half and pop wishbone.
- Cut fillets and remove chicken tender and breasts. Trim to specification. If breast processor is down, manually cut wings and skin front half.
- Package breast fillets, tenders and wings.
- Feed chicken parts into machinery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hrs) on concrete/metal grate ergo stands or on the floor.
- Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.
- Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.
- Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting and lifting of 4 to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to rotate to all positions.
- Able to work in a cold, warm or wet environment.
- Able to work around moving equipment.
- Other duties as assigned
