WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Build long-term relationships with finance and accounting professionals, acting as a trusted career counselor on a variety of important issues (job openings, hiring trends, career progression, resume writing, etc..)
- Build close partnerships with corporate clients crafting strategies to attract top talent to their organizations.
- Develop business opportunities with new clients leveraging the reputation and resources of a 50-year executive search firm.
- Manage the interview process for candidates and clients alike from interview to offer stage.
- Recruit and assess potential candidates connecting career-focuses professionals with great opportunities.
- Conduct in-person, video, and phone meetings with corporate clients and candidates.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 2 years of executive search or agency recruiting experience
- Alternatively, 2 years of Finance or Accounting experience and an entrepreneurial fire; or 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- A passion for excellence
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to adapt to competing and rapidly changing priorities
- A Bachelor's Degree – Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Sales
Compensation is unlimited and is based on once's success in the role. We offer a competitive base/draw plus an uncapped commission structure.
Salary : $65,000 - $150,000
