Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Associate to assist our Services Activities Team at Foster Love. In this role, you will be responsible for helping a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest level of service to our corporate partners. Your leadership will be crucial in building the relationships that allow us to deliver on our commitment to the foster care community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Assist, and inspire the Services Activities Team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Foster Love’s mission and goals. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of client accounts whether is through the Service Activities vertical of cross department collaborations with the Development team.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including team leaders of FT500, private and public companies, foundations, and small organizations. Ensure exceptional service delivery and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Use insights to drive strategy adjustments and optimize sales processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Donor Experience, Development and Marketing, to ensure alignment and support the overall objectives of Foster Love.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Associate or similar role, preferably working in a sales capacity with corporate clients or in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets. Start-up experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge: Understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems, and service-based business dynamics.
