What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Superintendent position at Foster Lawson?
A well-established general contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast is looking for a Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large, complex water and wastewater projects.
Key requirements:
- 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 in a superintendent or senior field leadership role (preferred)
- Proven track record on large, multi-million dollar projects, ideally overseeing several at once
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Competent Person certifications (trenching/excavation, confined space, fall protection, rigging, scaffolding)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience developing field teams
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel occasionally across the region
A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, but equivalent field experience will be considered.
Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
