Pension Plan Analyst
Plan Administration Division
Foster & Foster is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our growing Plan Administration Division. Our team provides high-quality administrative services to public pension plans across the country, with a strong presence in Florida.

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of pension plans, including:
· Serve as a liaison between clients, plan members, and internal teams
· Assist with client meetings, including preparing materials and tracking action items
· Prepare and review retirement and benefit-related forms for accuracy
· Maintain and update electronic member records and plan data
· Support onboarding of new plans, including document setup and organization
· Coordinate with plan professionals to collect and verify data
· Assist with pension benefit processing and member communications
· Collect data for audits and data requests from external partners
· Help implement and maintain the member portal, including assisting members with access and usage
· Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure consistency
· Participate in peer review of deliverables to uphold accuracy standards
What We’re Looking For

· Knowledge of defined benefit pension plans is a plus

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an administrative, financial services, or professional office environment
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate work
Compensation
Annual salary range: $59,000 – $61,000
