Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Handles payment transactions for customer service invoices.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Post all service and parts transactions on a daily basis.
- Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Balance schedules weekly.
- Telephone/Receptionist support.
- General office duties (ex. ordering supplies, scanning, filing).
Qualifications:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Basic math skills.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Team player.
Automotive accounting experience in a dealership setting is a plus. Pay based on experience.
