Foster is a 125-year-old, family-owned, vertically integrated refrigerated supply chain company in the mid-Atlantic. We are expanding our one-roof model that combines warehousing (inbound/outbound, repack, ripening, cold storage), transportation (first-mile, last-mile, fleet), and Flavor Freight (our growing logistics division)..
The Role As VP Operations you will lead:
- All warehousing operations (receiving, shipping, repack, ripening rooms, cold storage)
- All transportation operations (fleet, routing, first- and last-mile delivery)
- All Flavor Freight growth (lane development, asset utilization, revenue, and profitability)
You will be a key member of the executive team, driving safety, efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement while building a winning, people-first culture.
