Customer Service Representative
Blue Flame Propane, Inc. seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Pewamo Bulk Plant.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionalism in handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, and complaints.
- Assist customers at the counter.
- Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled)
- Process customer orders.
- Posting payments daily in the computer system.
- Reconcile daily deposits.
- Filing and scanning documents.
- Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Position Qualifications:
- Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
