Role Description
The Housing Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ. This role involves providing case management support to individuals in the foster care community, assisting with various housing-related needs. Responsibilities include maintaining direct communication with clients, offering guidance and resources, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring effective customer service is delivered to achieve successful outcomes. The coordinator will also provide technical support for housing-related processes and documentation.
