This role supports the North America Marketing (NAM) team across Fossil Group’s Portfolio Brands, helping translate global brand strategies into effective, localized trade wholesale programs that drive awareness and sell in and sell out.
Planning & Execution
- Translate global brand strategies into channel-specific plans tailored to NAM trade accounts.
- Build and manage the annual trade marketing calendar, aligning priorities with sales, brand, and retail teams.
- Localize global initiatives to fit account partner needs, seasonal priorities, and consumer behaviors.
- Identify and optimize marketing tactics based on performance insights and ROI.
- Lead in-store visibility, including fixtures, displays, signage collateral, windows and merchandising direction.
- Partner internally and externally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage seasonal refreshes and updates with NAM key accounts (for example: Macy’s, Dillard’s, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s).
- Oversee 3rd-party retail marketing/merchandising agencies and execution quality.
- Plan and execute trade promotions and seasonal retail campaigns that align with brand guidelines and local market opportunities.
- Manage co-op and trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective and compliant use of funds.
- Lead trade campaign planning, approvals, and execution for co-op spend across key accounts.
- Develop impactful sell-in tools and presentations for market weeks and key account meetings.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of sell-in materials (lookbooks, trade decks, sales sheets, product training).
- Collaborate with key accounts to co-develop joint marketing plans and incentive programs.
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, activation ROI, and share actionable insights post-campaign.
- Oversee Amazon and Web Collage asset deployment and performance tracking.
- Manage projects and timelines through the internal project management system, ensuring timely delivery.
- 5 years of marketing experience in retail, wholesale, or consumer brands (digital experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
