Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Own the global inventory buys, consolidating inputs from regional teams and ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and inventory plans that support on-time product availability and minimize excess.

- Monitor key metrics such as service rate, inventory turns, WOS, and forecast accuracy, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Partner with sourcing and manufacturing teams to manage production allocation, lead time adherence, and capacity constraints.
- Review global and regional inventory positions to proactively identify risks and opportunities (e.g., shortages, overstock, or aging inventory).
- Serve as a key liaison between global planning, regional teams, and brand merchandising to align on forecast assumptions, buy quantities, and timing.
- Work closely with logistics on inbound shipment tracking, prioritization, and mitigation of supply delays.
- Partner with finance to support budget cycles, inventory projections, and scenario planning.
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to track KPI performance and improve decision-making visibility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, automation, and standardization across global planning processes
- 5-10 years of production or supply planning is required
- SAP and SNP (Supply Networking Planning) are essential (SNPCTM is highly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Proven accountability and success with multiple tight deadline deliverables
- Team Management experience is highly desired
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global matrix environment and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
