As an HR Business Partner at Fossil Group, you will play a key role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This role provides HR support for business units and helps drive talent management, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders and management teams to identify HR needs and develop strategies that drive business performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts for key roles, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs. Support career development and leadership programs. Lead succession planning within your business units.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- HR Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution of deliverables.
- Performance Management: Guide managers in developing and executing performance reviews, coaching, and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Change Management: Partner with leadership teams to implement organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with impacted employees.
- HR Process & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws and company policies. Continuously evaluate HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- HR experience with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
