Your responsibilities
- Approach and engage our guests in a friendly and proactive manner
- Promote guest loyalty by providing a superior selling experience
- Provide recommendations by utilising product knowledge and storytelling
- Take ownership of individual targets and KPIs
- Adaptable and effective one on one selling skills
- Support product presentation and visual merchandising
- Contribute to the store’s success and a positive team spirit
- Safely retain a set of store keys so that the store can be opened or closed in the absence of any management on shift
- During times where no management is present on shift, the Keyholder will be responsible for: completing opening and/or closing store routines, filling out daily planners, analysing reports, giving direction and support to the team and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times,
- This is a position of responsibility and therefore the Keyholder should support management and lead by example in all aspects of their role, demonstrating the Fossil core values and retail behaviours.
