About The Internship

We are seeking a Summer Fossil Brand Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world brand experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to brand strategy, product storytelling, marketing campaigns, and consumer insights—while learning how the Fossil Brand connects with customers and drives growth across global markets.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Support the Fossil Brand team on real-world projects that contribute to brand initiatives and seasonal launches
• Assist with brand strategy, campaign development, product storytelling, and brand activations
• Help coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams
• Support competitive research, trend analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions
• Assist with presentations, brand decks, and internal communications
• Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
• Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions to build business and brand knowledge
• Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
• Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong point of view to collaborative team projects

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 18 years old by the start of the program
• Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and consumer experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Curious, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Interest in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands is a plus
