We are looking for a Trade Compliance Coordinator to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Trade Compliance Department by ensuring the seamless flow of inbound shipments and maintaining the integrity of our global trade programs.
This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Director of Logistics and Customs.

We are looking for a Trade Compliance Coordinator to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Trade Compliance Department by ensuring the seamless flow of inbound shipments and maintaining the integrity of our global trade programs.

What You Will Do In This Role
- Assist with filing and creating documentation for various international trade programs.
- Prepare detailed product breakdowns for inbound shipments to the United States.
- Generate and distribute compliance reports to internal departments and partner with logistics teams to fulfill data needs.
- Support the CTPAT program by reviewing supplier security audits and conducting recurring audits of Fossil distribution centers.
- Coordinate minimum security criteria implementation with internal stakeholders, including Shipping, Receiving, and Loss Prevention.
- Manage communication with external vendors and internal customers to resolve compliance inquiries.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1 year of relevant experience in Import/Export preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, remain adaptable, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
