About the Opportunity
Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support two of our apartment communities in the Decatur/Moulton, AL area.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping a community running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Support curb appeal and overall property upkeep
- Follow all OSHA and safety regulations
- Deliver strong customer service when interacting with community members
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs
- EPA & HVAC certification required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Comfortable handling after-hours emergency calls
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments

Pay
- Competitive pay based on experience
