About the Opportunity
Foshee Residential is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in the Mobile, AL 36609 area.
This role supports the daily operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, office administration, and occupancy goals. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and ready to help create an exceptional experience for community members and prospects.
What You'll Do
Leasing amp; Resident Relations
- Respond to walk-in, phone, and online inquiries
- Conduct apartment and community tours
- Guide prospects through the leasing process
- Prepare and explain leases, renewals, and related paperwork
- Assist with resident communications and engagement activities
Property Operations
- Support occupancy and leasing goals
- Assist with rent collection, payment posting, and deposits
- Help manage delinquency and collections processes
- Maintain accurate records and resident files
- Keep the leasing office organized and professional
Community Engagement
- Assist with resident events and community newsletters
- Help create a positive living experience for community members
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations and special projects
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience
- OneSite experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in apartment management or assistant property management
