What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finish Grader Operator position at Foshee Construction Co., Inc.?
Essential Functions
· Responsible for the safe operation of multiple machines including a motor grader and a loader.
· Works under the direction of the site foreman, to complete daily schedule of work.
· Ensures all work is conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
· Informs foreman of any irregularities in soil conditions or materials being used.
· Evaluates the condition of equipment and materials used to ensure company standards are met and promptly reports any possible problems or defects.
· Performs other routine duties as directed by the Foreman.
Good driving history.
Must have and display the ability to maintain self-composure and calm demeanor in all stressful situations.
