Position Overview

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced production equipment.

This role combines mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues
• 480V three-phase motors
• AC/DC drives
• PLC systems
• Pneumatic systems
• Hydraulic systems
• Work directly with customers and team members to resolve technical issues
• Document maintenance activities and service findings

Required Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, or repairing industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or related equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or technical training in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Automotive Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field

Schedule & Training Requirements

• Full-time position
• 50 hours per week onsite in Morristown, TN location
• Primarily day shift schedule
• One weekend day per week included in 50-hour work week
• Travel required during the initial training period
• Position transitions to an onsite role near your home location following training
