- Career Growth – If selected for this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of innovative production equipment, with components including 480v 3-phase motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. - Compensation and Benefits – Fosber America, Inc. offers competitive pay and an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation & holidays, and educational assistance. Annual compensation is between $95,000-$100,000 , based on experience.
Qualifications/ Requirements: Electro-Mechanical Technician
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment in industrial or automotive industries (or equivalent education)
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with a “hands on" approach to problem solving.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Degree in electro-mechanical technology, automotive technology, electrical, or related field is a plus, but Fosber is willing to train the right candidate regardless of degree completion.
- Ability to travel heavily during first several months for training. Position will be onsite near home location after initial training, 50 hour weeks, primarily day-shift, with some weekends
