What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Admin position at FORZA STEEL USA LLC?
SUMMARY:
The Sales Admin will follow the order cycle from order entry to delivery from our Brownsville facility. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of diplomacy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that orders are entered in timely and accurately. Review available inventory in plant and warehouse.
- A Sales Order Report must be generated from every PO to confirm acceptance of the order with the customer.
- Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their PO.
- Generate PO from Forza Steel USA to Forza Steel Mexico for each customer PO.
- Generate daily sales report end of each day.
- Review with sales persons their weekly sales objectives.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Accounting
- SAP
- Some pipe or steel experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office – with emphasis on Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must be respectful, honest, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
